Steps to Fill e-Copyright form ISCON 2019


Step 1.                Click of  http://www.gla.ac.in/iscon2019/Copyright.html
Step 2.                Fill the details of the paper submitted in the conference.
a.       Paper Title (As in the Camera-Ready Copy)
b.       All authors name separated by a comma.
c.       Paper ID in easychair.
d.       Email-ID of authors.
e.       Click on Copyright Submission

Redirect to IEEE Publication Agreement page
Step 3.                Click on Start Button.
It will display the details filled by the author (Please verify it)
Step 4.                Select radio button Yes, this is my article. (Default Selected)
Click continue
Step 5.                Confirmation (Edit if required)
Click continue
Step 6.                Agree IEEE Policies on Plagiarism (Tick the checkbox)
Click continue
Step 7.                Details of Authorized Signatory
a.       Yes, I am authorized to sign the publication agreement.
                                                              i.      Click continue
b.       No, I am NOT authorized to sign the publication agreement.
Fill the details of authorized
                                                              i.      First Name
                                                            ii.      Last Name
                                                          iii.      Email-ID
                                                           iv.      Click continue

Step 8.                Indicate whether IEEE has permission to use video and audio recordings of your conference presentation.
a.       Yes, I grant permission to IEEE to make and distribute video and audio recordings of my conference presentation and comments.
b.       No, I do not wish to have video/audio recordings made of my conference presentation.
Click continue

Step 9.                Please select your employment status:
Click continue
Step 10.            Complete the publication agreement
IEEE Copyright Transfer
Click continue
Step 11.           Download the copyright pdf
Click done
Step 12.            Send the Downloaded pdf to reg.iscon2019@gmail.com with Subject: copyright from of “Paper ID”
